Epilepsy Foundation My Seizure Diary is a self-management tool to help you record, track, and manage your child's seizures and epilepsy. The Diary lets you record your child's medical history, seizures, medications, side effects, moods, or other personal experiences. You can track changes over time, keep records of medications, and create a Seizure Response Plan to share with your family, friends and health care team.
The My Seizure Diary platform includes a fully responsive web application on diary.epilepsy.com as well as native iOS and Android companion apps.
The iOS and Android companion apps, available from iTunes and Google Play stores allow quick recording and tracking of your seizure events.
We recommend you use the latest Chrome browser when accessing the web app on diary.epilepsy.com. Note that the My Seizure Diary does not support Internet Explorer.
